Our product · Digital loyalty card platform

A Saudi platform for digital loyalty cards, conceived, designed, developed and operated by Corplift. A store designs its card in its own brand and shares it by code or link, and its customer keeps it in the phone’s wallet without installing an app or creating an account.

What we built

The project as we delivered it, part by part.

  1. A card in the wallet, no app

The customer scans the store’s code, enters a name and mobile number, and gets their card page with a button to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, in Arabic and English. The card carries a code the staff scan at every visit.

  2. Cards that update themselves

The card in the customer’s wallet updates after every transaction, and the platform reviews cards every six hours to catch any update that was missed. The store owner sends a message that appears on holders’ lock screens: to all of them, to recent visitors, or to those who stopped coming.

  3. Card types and their rules

Points, with an earn rate per riyal, a welcome bonus, an expiry and a redeem value; stamps, with a target, a daily cap and a reward on completion; a discount card by percentage or amount; a prepaid balance that is topped up and spent; and subscription and visit packs, by count or until a date. Plus vouchers and coupons, printed or sent by link.

  4. Point of sale

Staff scan the card with the camera in the web panel or the staff app, and one scan shows every card the customer holds at that store. The platform stops a double tap from recording twice, and the app keeps operations when the connection drops and sends them when it returns.

  5. The staff app

An app on the App Store and Google Play for scanning, the point of sale, transactions, customers and subscription packs, in Arabic, English, Urdu and Bengali, the languages of the people at the till in the Saudi market.

  6. Branches and permissions

Branches for the store, with cards and staff per branch, three ready roles (manager, cashier and viewer) plus roles the owner defines with fine-grained permissions, and staff invited by email.

  7. Tiers and referrals

Customer tiers that multiply points at each threshold, a referral programme that rewards both the referrer and the friend, and a reward catalogue to choose from.

  8. Reports

Members and active members, points issued and redeemed, redemption rate, completed stamp cards and vouchers used, with thirty-day curves and Excel export, for each branch on its own.

  9. A subscription platform run by Corplift

A store signs up by itself and confirms its email with a code, chooses a monthly plan priced in riyals, pays through Moyasar with mada, cards and Apple Pay, and receives an invoice from Corplift. Each plan has its own limits and features, and the starter plan has a trial period.
